In cooperation with Royal Haskoning Waterstudio has made a structure-plan for the development of the Perkpolder-Kloosterzande area. The area is characterized by the presence of the infrastructure of the former ferry to the Perkpolder. This connection became redundant because of the Westerschelde-tunnel.
In the area a golfcourt with facilities is planned and 300 houses related to the water next to the original creeks. The structure-plan was an important input for the startnotice - MER. The plan will be developed further together with concept-developer De Meijer.
