The project aims to create a dynamic floating community in a secluded lagoon located within the lush greenery of a Bahamian island. Built around clusters of Arkup 40 Livable Yachts, the proposed community is design to provide luxurious and comfortable living experience while minimizing the environmental impact.
Each one of these autonomous floating villas can venture out of the sheltered lagoon into the pristine waters that surround the island. Hence, several landscapes and activities can be experienced from them, offering an unique adventure.
