The livingroom of this villa appears as a glass cube at the water. The terrace can be reached by stairs from the livingroom. This terrace is carefully situated on the southwest side of the house.
In the original design 2 different models were proposed, in which the kitchen-area differs. One with a slant roof, which flirts with the houses from the thirties opposing the site, and a more modern one in which the cube is finished with horizontal lattice-work. A nice detail is that the blinds in front of the windows, though in the same material, can all open differently.
