For the groundbreaking ceremony for first-stage development on the Le Dao island site the announcement of China’s first floating, low carbon, eco-friendly healthy living center is planned. Waterstudio designed the building shaped as a Chinese Dragon. The building exist of several buildings that each has its own function within the center and are connected with a pedestrian route in the middle.
