This dynamic floating Villa in Kiev has a unique character. Its open base floor floorplan has a water view at all sides of the building provided by a glass facade. The top floors are equipped with an openable aluminium façade. In this way privacy is secured if wished by closing the big mechanic shutters. When open, the big windows give a spectacular view over the former industrial area.
A big round shaped staircase in the centre of the buildings connects the wellness located in the basement, with the living area at the first floor, the private chambers at the second floor and at last the well sized roof terrace.
