Waterstudio designed this floating house in Nieuwkoop in the Netherlands. Starting from the existing location of a their former floating house Waterstudio designed a new modern house; a design with a clear and recognizable shape. The dwelling contains splitlevels, of which the base floor is desigend as a large living area. The floor-height windows offer a wide view over the water.
