Waterstudio designed this floating Villa in cooperation with Balance D’eau in the waters of Zeewolde. This villa is the first realized of the 5 floating houses which are planned in the near future.
The white stucco, combined with dark window frames and the warm wooden tones gives the design a contemporary feeling.
The souterain of the floating villa withholds the bedrooms and bathrooms while the first floor has an open floorplan combining the living room, kitchen and dinner area.
